The JT Industries 4-Phase Microcement Process

Microcement is a technical "artisan" finish. It requires absolute control over every layer to ensure the finish doesn't just look good, but stays bonded forever.

Phase 1: Substrate Assessment & Stabilisation

We begin by inspecting your existing surface. Because Microcement is a thin decorative system, the base must be 100% stable. We repair any movement or damage in the substrate and apply specialized reinforcement mesh where needed to prevent future cracking.

Phase 2: Base System & Priming

We apply substrate-specific primers to create a permanent chemical bond. This "anchor" layer is critical, especially when applying over existing tiles or smooth masonry. We ensure the base is level and stabilized before the decorative layers begin.

Phase 3: Artisan Application & Texturing
